Milford Police Department Terms and Conditions


By bidding on any Milford Police Department auction item, the Bidder agree to accept these terms and conditions:


As a bidder, you are accepting all responsibility for the unassisted pick up of auction items.


All auction items are sold in untested, “as is” and “where is” condition and must be removed at the purchaser’s risk and expense. All sales are final, and NO refunds of any kind will be given. 


Successful bidders must make arrangements to pick up items from the Milford Police Department (1100 Atlantic St., Milford, MI 48381) by emailing auctions@milfordpolice.com to set up appointment.


All Pickups are by appointment only!


If you show up without an appointment, there is no guarantee that the item will be available for pickup.


Available pickup hours are 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.


All items are subject to sales tax.


It is the buyer’s responsibility: to make a pickup appointment; to keep the appointment; to remove the sale item(s) from the Milford Police Department - UNASSISTED - by the date and time for removal listed in the auction.


Buyer's that fail to remove purchased items by the date and time listed in the auction, forfeit all rights to the auction item(s), and the item(s) will remain the property of the Milford Police Department and may be resold.


The Milford Police Department reserves the right to remove any item from auction at any time.
